Due to the instant digital delivery of our AI reports, all sales are final.
Your report is generated immediately upon payment using compute-intensive AI processing. Because this process begins instantly and cannot be reversed, we are unable to offer refunds for completed reports.
Technical Issues
If you experienced a technical issue and did not receive your report, contact us at support@titanmog.com with your report ID and we'll make it right. We will either re-process your report or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Duplicate Purchases
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same report, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
