1. Information We Collect
Email address: Provided by you at checkout. Used solely to deliver your report and for transactional communications.
Photo: Uploaded by you for analysis. Your photo is processed by our AI, then permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing. Photos are never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.
Payment information: All payment processing is handled by Paddle. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate and deliver your facial analysis report
- To send you a link to your report via email
- To contact you regarding technical issues with your order
3. Photo Handling
Your photo is uploaded to a secure, private storage system (AWS S3) with no public access. After the AI analysis is complete, the photo is immediately and permanently deleted. A lifecycle policy ensures any photos are deleted within 7 days as a safety net, but in practice deletion happens within minutes of processing.
4. Data Retention
Your report text and email address are stored for 90 days so you can access your report. After 90 days, this data is automatically deleted.
5. Third-Party Services
- Paddle: Payment processing. Subject to Paddle's privacy policy.
- Anthropic (Claude): AI analysis engine. Your photo is sent via API for analysis. Subject to Anthropic's data usage policy.
- Amazon Web Services: Cloud infrastructure. Data is processed and stored on AWS servers.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, private storage with no public access, and IAM-based access controls. Despite these measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@titanmog.com with your report ID.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
